2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our physical products. However, due to the nature of 3D printing and handmade finishing, minor variations in colour, texture, and detail may occur between the product images on our website and the actual item received.

Dungeon Builder is a digital tool provided as-is. We aim to keep it functional and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

3. Pricing

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders placed at a displayed price will be honoured at that price regardless of subsequent changes.

4. Orders

Placing an order through Dungeon Builder or any other sales channel constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs only upon dispatch of the product.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites, including text, images, logos, designs, and code, is the property of Myth Smiths' Supplies or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Dungeon designs created using Dungeon Builder are the intellectual property of Myth Smiths' Supplies.

3D models (miniature designs, terrain designs, etc.) of the physical prints sold through our shop are the intellectual property of their respective designers and artists. We sell physical prints of these designs under appropriate licensing or with the designer's permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myth Smiths' Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, websites, or services. Our total liability for physical products shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Dungeon Builder is provided free of charge on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any data loss, design corruption, or service interruptions. We recommend regularly exporting and backing up your designs.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
